The variety that repeats fruiting from summer until autumn. A variety with large, firm and attractive fruits. Strongly resistant. It can also hang or climb if properly cultivated.
Fruiting time: Everbearing, repeats fruiting. It usually fruits from the end of May until late autumn (freezes)*, with a short about a 2-week break at the turn of July and August. So this variety yields almost continuously from spring to late autumn or the beginning of winter.
The period between first and second fruiting does not exceed 2-3 weeks; the variety is fruiting practically continuously until late autumn or the beginning of winter.
Size and shape of fruits: Large or sometimes even very large. Attractive, conical, broad-conical, heart-shaped. Uniformly red skin with gloss.
Taste and firmness: Very firm and bright red pulp. Tolerate even long transportation and storage time in a peaceful environment and maintain a fresh look.
Productivity: It is worth providing more water during fruiting to get a better harvest.
Plant type: Moderately strong growth, not very compact, wide. Produces many inflorescences.
Resistance: Less susceptible to diseases gray mold (botrytis cinerea) as well as common leaf spot (mycosphaerella fragariae) and leaf scorch disease (diplocarpon earlianum), powdery mildew (Sphaerotheca macularis) as well as Verticillium wilt. Moderately sensitive to low temperatures in winter. In order to achieve good harvesting, it is worth fertilizing it; best to grow on more fertile and moist soils. It is advisable to spray against Strophosomas in summer-autumn fruiting.
Purpose: Valuable for dessert purposes.
Cultivation type: Suitable for many types of cultivation due to strength and reproducible fruiting. For both commercial and amateur cultivation. It will also work well as an ornamental plant, depending on the formation (climbing or hanging, for the sake of its plentiful and extensive runners).
*The fruiting time involves traditional cultivation in Poland (Central Europe, moist continental climate) with standard weather conditions. The exact time of strawberries fruiting depends on the local climate, weather conditions in a given season as well as cultivation methods.
